Sad to hear that :/ but the server experiences this things all the time and there's nothing we can do. Try to get them again. u.u

Crash related rollbacks loss cannot be refunded. Considering that most of the items can be found on wild pokemons.

Pokemon, no. Key item (questline related item(secret potion, lift key etc.)) depending on the severity of it, meaning that if we can't assisst you in re-taking the quest. Can be an exceptional event. All in all, its unlikely that to get refunds on your losses.
