On all maps the same goes for diving in Hoenn, all maps appear in pink and you can not see anything.

Can you provide screenshots of the issue/s? From what you're describing; it's an error that sometimes happens when installing the game.

Try completely reinstalling the game; use WinRAR or 7Zip to extract the files since these rarely have issues.

when ever i tried to dive in hoenn

It's not a map problem but a graphical issue.

Install your latest graphic card drivers and be sure you are playing on a capable PC.

Moreover, try to disable Detailed Lighting, Weather and to Limit FPS from the Graphics option menu. And set a low resolution (like 800 x 600).
