i'm not sure why you are comparing both since they have absolutely nothing in common. Both your pokemon have a major flaw that would make me not use either if it was me, but that major flaw is absolutely no ground to choosing between a physically defensive spatker tank that doesnt even have the same type as the bulky physical set up sweeper scizor. If you're choosing between slowbro and scizor for your team, then just showing them won't help u at all and clearly what the players who posted in this thread to advise u made baseless comments without much reasoning. If your team lacks bulk, go with bro, if it needs a sweeper, go for scizor.

Now if you are viewing this from just pokemon, not from a team view, i would dump both because it's really easy and cheap to get an adamant scyther in trade, and there's no reason to use a neutral one, and it makes a lot of difference. While as someone said before, slowbro needs regenerator (btw wtf is up with those evs.. lol)

conclusion : dump both, get better ones, if it's for battling, changing is worth it, if u dont care about nature/ability in pokemon, go with what your team is lacking.

you see bro I just started in johto so i want to buy one of them I dont have a team at all now so I want a strong pokemon
