There are loads of side-quests for you to do. I recommend checking out the Game Guides section so you can see all of them. A few examples include the 3 legendary Pokemon quests, daily quests, Sevii Islands, Love island, Trainers Valley.

If side-quests don't interest you then you could also start to build a PvP team and try yourself in the ranked ladder.

Hopefully this can point you in the right direction.
