I already downloaded the new version, but when I open the game, the program 'don't answer', and I have to close it using crtl+alt+del. Why?

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

I just downloaded the version PRO32 and now I'm playing. Articuno's version, I dowloaded PRO64 (because my pc is 64 bits), but now, PRO64 Haunter's version does not work.
