To answer your in-screen PM's question: A non-obtainable Legendary is always a staff member's player account, it is a reward for their good services :p (Especially when they all are ~30ivs in at least 5 stats + hidden ability + shiny xD)

I don't know whose this one is though, for I don't know every one of them and especially when their name is partly hidden, I'm no CSI Miami excessive picture enhancing expert. c: But (s?)he's a Karps member, that I can tell. And it's not VikTim, he has a Victini, IIRC. Too many staff members in that guild anyway... :Crazy:

 

EDIT: Account's name seems to be Obirty, according to their members list. Still can't tell whose mod account it matches, though. :p
