Hey,

 

Whenever i attempt to buy coins an external window (chrome) doesn't open. I press 'Get Coins' and nothing happens.

 

Would love a resolution, need to renew my membership and try out those Mystery Boxes!

Try making Chrome your default browser through your PCs settings. If that doesn't work then try restarting your client.

Have you tried restarting your PC?

Make sure Chrome is closed through the task manager too; sometimes the browser keeps extensions open in the background and this can stop it from opening.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
