I just downloaded this game today on my lunch break, it ran fine. Im using a galaxy note 5 ATT model. I didnt get far at all in the game, not even my first pokemon yet.

 

PROBLEM: when i open the app, i select to log into the yellow server and the game freezes. It goes no further.. Music continues as usual. But wont allow me to return to my game.

 

I did create my account using4g lte if that even matters, as my wifi is working correctly at home.

According to https://project-sato.net/statuschecker/ , Yellow was down few minutes ago, which would explain why you couldn't login then; seems to be up again now, retry and tell us if you still can't log or if that was indeed the issue :)

Hello XxLAWDAWGxX, I am sorry about the inconvenience, I will link here the guide on How to instal PRO on Android, that crash might be from the app pushing too much from your device, so make sure you have the requirements. Also like MecanoJilano said, the server could be offline at the time you tried to log in, so try to log in again to see how it works.
