The farmer at Moomoo Farms is not producing enough milk. He asks the player if he can get 12 Miltanks. So the player captures 12 Miltanks and gives them to the farmer. You will be able to see the additional Miltanks roaming around in the farm area. Not sure if all 12 Miltank have to have same OT tag on them or not, I think they should, makes it harder!

The reward for doing this: The player can go to the farm and receive one Moomoo Milk every day/3 days/one week, whatever is decided for a cooldown time. Also some special TM as well when the quest is initially completed, and/or some cash.

I think this would be neat because you need to catch 12 of the same Pokemon. Also, it would raise the value of Miltank up greatly because a dozen are being caught but not owned by the player, thus fewer total Miltanks in the game overall.

This quest would not be a requirement to continue the story line, just a side mission.

Negative. There was none. And something similar was added. I am going to apply changes now. Feel free to test out when you get a chance.
