Hello acidade, sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced, you can fix this issue by activating the account with the email you received after you registed the account. If you still didn't receive the email access this link and follow the steps, most of the times it will be because of the email provider you are using, Gmail is normally the best provider to use in order to receive the activation email, and also is free to make a account.
