Alright so, I just need confirmation from a GM or Admin if they got my payment, Cause I bought ($5.00) and it has got to you as it says so in my card online that it got send to you, Nonetheless, I'm worried because the moment I bought some © for shop to support the game, I didn't get my 100c. Does it take time before it reaches me or did you guys not get it? I plan to support more in the future if this works well. :) So it'd be nice if I got some type of answer from you guys ~

 

Edit - I noticed I don't have Donator next to my name but I assume buying the c with $5.00 isn't the same as donator anyways? Man I hope I didn't lose my money cause the game went offline during the transfer. =w=

If I recall, payments take up to 24 hours to process.

Don't worry; this will be resolved! :)

 

Sounds like there was some bad timing with the server going down. Normally, it works like this: You make your donation, you log out, then log back in and you have your coins. Sometimes issues arise and this isn't the case.

 

Please allow 24 hours for the donation to be processed. After 24 hours, you can make a post in the "Donation Issues" section of the forums if you still haven't received your coins. Look at the rules on the top of the section to see which information you will need to post.
