Where to find focus sash

I've read on here that you can only get a focus sash ever 1-2 weeks. But i cannot find where to get it... Any ideas?

There is a focus sash vendor/npc at Golds Gym in Saffron that sells them^^ Golds Gym is the building with the Chuck boss^^

Also there are some Bosses that has Focus Sash as a possible reward.
