Mew quest bug?

Hello,

 

i have this problem: I completed all steps but i can't get the item from the old man. I don't know why?

 

I completed the Pokedex and i have 72 evolved and 247 owned ...

 

I think i have everything i need ...

 

 

Can anyone help me please?

Someone used the guide yesterday and said there was extra steps in the guide not needed, but apart from that it worked

Check your seen data for Mewtwo, Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno, sometimes it doesn't show in the dex, the PC in Professor Oaks lab will fix that issue so it might be worth trying to use that anyway

Do you have 351 in game hours? I remember for me, it was so easy to complete the requirements, but even then I didn't have the hours. So it was a patient waiting game.
