Firstly, sorry if my english is bad, I'm French ^^

 

I wanted to start this game and downloaded the zip file. But when I want to unpack it, something like a "crash" happens. Here are screens with two different software. And yes, I checked the FAQ and the topic named "READ THIS BEFORE MAKING GENERAL SUPPORT TOPIC!". I also tried, unsuccessfully, to remove the zip file and re-download it...

 

 

Try downloading WinRAR or another program to extract the files and see if that works.

One of the software used seems to be 9zip; what is the other?

I always used WinRAR and never had this issue (although I doubt that it could be a software issue, but if that can help...)

Also, make sure that you downloaded the game from an official mirror link (see here https://pokemonrevolution.net/Downloads.php )

 

You don't have any antivirus warning about this, do you?

 

I don't have any other ideas on top of my mind at this moment :c

(fr.) Vu que le fichier n'est qu'un ZIP, je te suggère de l'extraire en utilisant l'explorateur Windows : glisse le fichier avec le bouton droit de la souris et quand tu le relâches, choisis Extraire....

 

Since the file is just a ZIP file, I suggest you to unpack it with Windows Explorer: Drag the file with the right button of your mouse and select Extract... in the context menu that appears when you release it.
