I would like hunt the shiny that I want, like shiny charmender or other rare poke. But its impossible in this game :/

The chance are too low, even if u hunt for 1000h u will not have your shiny..

The best way for obtain a pokemon like this is to grind for money, 20-30m. Personaly I have no pleasure to do this.

 

 

The question is, is their a solution to hunt the shiny that u want and keep the game balance?

I have one, but u need to deserve it.

 

Lets imagine a area with only the pokemon that u want : in my case charmender.

In this area u will be only able to catch 1 shiny, not the other regular Charmender. The shiny pokemon caught can't be trade.

 

But this area need to be very difficult to obtain, and can't be used all the time.

We can imagine one ticket, that u can obtain by finishing Top 1 or Top 3 perhaps in pvp season. The ticket will one work for 1 pokemon, so 1 shiny.

 

Remember that u need to hunt for find your shiny, the last shiny I found I hunted during 40hours for my karp in Sootopolis! I did this because i was sure to find it because the spawn rate was 100% of karp. I would like to hunt again, but its impossible...

 

If this mecanic should be implante i will find a second life in this game ! With a purpose!

 

I proposed this ticket for the top 3 pvp players of the season, u can propose some other way to obtain the ticket, but remember that is a very important reward.

 

Please staff and Shane take this suggestion into account :(

Not gonna happen bro, the price of a shiny charmander is like 20m, being top 1 in pvp does not get you free 20m. You will get special reward as top1, but no free 20m. And pokes that are rarer than charmander are more expensive(ex: fletch).

 

Being #1 in PvP is an achievement, but not one that's worth 20m. And i don't think any achievement in the game should be rewarded freelo 20m.

 

Also anything that's guaranteed to give you certain pokemon is not gonna be implemented ever in PRO(I think), unless the time you spend getting that guaranteed pokemon is 10 times greater than the time that you would actually use to grind for it statistically. EX: if statistically speaking, you get in average one shiny charmander every 1500 hrs of grind, they can implement a system where if you spend 9000 hrs farming charmander, you are guaranteed to get a shiny charmander. This method is used in some games as a "fail safe" to prevent certain really bad luck players from raging, but if you have normal luck, you should be able to get a shiny charmander in 1500hrs(just as example).

The problem is not you can't trade it, just by letting someone have it decrease it's value significantly. Say I have 5 people on the server who actually want the shiny charmander and have what enough money to pay for it, they fight each other over the price of it, thus making the price of a shiny charmander really high, like 20. Now all of the sudden, 3 of those people are no longer interested in it because they get one of their own from being top at PvP. The price of charmander will drop, regardless of whether the shinies they get from pvp reward is tradable, because there are less demand. PvP reward should always be something that you can't get from other places whether it's outfits or items, first is to make it unique, second is to not break the pre-existing economy.

I don't think that the price of the shiny will shut down. Its not sure, and remember that shiny had ivs and nature! if yours is a shit your are F*****, perhaps the others tradable will be better. And some people will prefere grind money, other try hard pvp. I suggest this because this will be awesome for the players, and motivate the players to continu to play.

 

I have an other archive for the ticket, give one ticket when u reached 1000h.
