you can fish or surf for it there and the pokedex says it is night only. however this might not be true as the pokedex says hippo only spawns at day, it spawns day on land and night in water. is there a similar glitch for stayu on R19?

Hello TzRekJad, Staryu indeed spawns on Route 19 at night, but careful that it is a membership only spawn.
