Have prob logging in.... my id is nt being hacked.. coz i checked the last active ip address... why am i having prob in logging in ???

We can't fix your issue. Your account is deadlocked until a server crash/reboot is happening. Sorry for the inconvenience caused for the time beeing.

Like Anduin said, the problem will only go away when the server gets rebooted. In some cases, completly closing the client and opening again will solve the situation, to some others, changing the password might work.

I will also lock the thread since there are already many threads with this subject and as for now there isn't any solution to this (we are working on that). To prevent this from happening again do "Settings»Log Out" as it will force your account out of the server and removing the chance of this bug happening.
