Greywolf25 Posted October 11, 2015 Share Posted October 11, 2015 So Ive looked around and can't seem to find any info on this, I found the move tutor for hypnosis but my haunter can't learn it, shouldn't haunter be able to learn it, since its a lvl 1 move?
