I'm having decent luck on hoenn route 113 for skarmory. it appears all day. not sure about corphish though. Good luck :)

i usually look for corpish on the exclusive island from hoenn.... cant remember the name, theres a surf spot where u get corpish+marills

[blue] I've had decent luck around Mega-Steelix in the Valley Of Steel, maybe you can try there.

If you're still hunting for a shiny dratini, as your sign says, you should keep hunting corphish in Dragon's Den.

-> easy high-lvl Magikarps, Corphish, Dragonair to adamant sync.
