Came back to Sootopolis City via Rayquaza. Went to the spot where Wallace and Steven are standing next to the entrance to a cave or something. I started the dialogue with Steven then I got disconnected. I logged back in, and only Wallace is there. I talked to Wallace and he is saying that I need to talk to Steven, but he is nowhere to be found. Be polite and patient if you need support. While users with the symbols +, % and @ are the chat staff, they are not necessarily also game staff, but they can usually advise you. That said, forums are better for reporting issues and bugs.
