• Did you log into the right server you normally play?
  
• Did you share your account details to anyone lately?
  
• Did your progress was lost?
  
• Did it disapear after a server crash?

Also, try to re-download the client, and make sure to delete everyone of the last clients you have from your device, even in the Trash Bin.

I would also like to point out, like other users said, that you shouldn't repost your issue, that won't make the problem go away, I am sorry we can't get to you right away but spaming topics isn't making anything faster.
