Did you share your account details to anyone lately? Did your progress was lost? Did it disapear after a server crash? Also, try to re-download the client, and make sure to delete everyone of the last clients you have from your device, even in the Trash Bin. I would also like to point out, like other users said, that you shouldn't repost your issue, that won't make the problem go away, I am sorry we can't get to you right away but spaming topics isn't making anything faster. Waiting for the reply in order to take measures to solve this issue. Allanrenat Posted November 14, 2016 Author Share Posted November 14, 2016 Hi, I did this, you said that you downloaded again and it did not work, my server is blue and I'm in the guild tretaisplanet, my progrsso in the game was not lost as I said, what I missed was the 793,000, some pokemon and umbreon Mount today the server apparently when I was playing did not fail, I do not pass information from my account to anyone if I can solve it already thanks.
