Staff won't be able to refund, or evolve it for you sadly. Since the game is still in beta evo's broken by server crashes are not refundable.

Well if you go and read the staff post I linked. It states a tip that you should use always when leveling. "I will recommend evolution pokemon around level 97-98 for avoiding any unexpected issue." You can prevent that with evolving it early.

Hello RAV3N, I am sorry for the inconvenience of that experience, unfortunatly we can't take levels away from any pokemon in order to have second chances of evolving as you can see in our Read before you make a General Support topic.

Unfortunately, staff cannot do anything for this case. You will need to check and make sure every requirement before go up to level 100. I will recommend evolution pokemon around level 97-98 for avoiding any unexpected issue.

I understand how it is frustrating to have a pokemon lvl100 without the chance of evolving, but its impossible to do so, like in the original games, you can't lose levels if you missed a evolution at level 100. We work to get PRO better and better for the future so mistakes get solved.

Also, making double posts won't change the answer like the players said.
