Unfortunately, the issue you are experiencing can happen from time to time. It's usually cause when you aren't logged out correctly. Usually you will have to wait for a server reboot to play again so keep an eye on the server status checker to see when you can play again: https://project-sato.net/statuschecker/

In rare cases, this is an issue with your connection. Restart your PC and see if that fixes it, however, if it doesn't you will have to wait for a server reboot.
