Hi there, unfortunately, this is a server sided issue that can happen from time to time. This usually will happen when your account isn't logged out correctly. Essentially, the server has been tricked into thinking that your account is still logged in. There's nothing that you can do about it except wait for a server reboot or crash which will force kick you from the game.
