There is no way they can reset your account. However you can play on another sever as you start completely over. Or make a new account since each registered email can hold 2 play accounts.

Hello MeNameNatan, unfortunatly, like TheJollyPear said, its impossible to reset the account in the same server. The only way to restart the game will be by making a second account (we allow 2 per email), like ThePokeMaestro said, and you can also restart a playthrough if you start in another server.
