1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

Hey there shreadmaster, I am sorry that this happened to you. A simple solution that issue might be to delete all the current and past folders you have from PRO clients and then re-download again.

If this keeps happening try to do the steps listed in this link under "Crash issues or other issues".
