Hey there Hawkea8901, you can check the guide in this link, and at the end you need to find 3 Pokecenters that aren't still full corrupted, which means you need to find 3 random pokecenters across the Hoenn region, in which pokecenters like Verdantuff, Evergrand City and Pacifog city counts.
