In my opinion, I had a similar problem. Guys please help, this could be due to the fact that I started to use the VPN connection? And sometimes even a proxy server (advanced.name).

Are you talking about the teleportation quest in Hoenn ?

 

If yes, as said.. Every pokecenters. Just walk around and talk to the guard upstairs in every pokecenter. Then try to put a disk in, and redo it on another pokecenter if it didnt work.

 

Good luck, it can take time before you find the right ones (it's a random selection).

nb: Answering it if anyone has a similar question. This is a old subject, if the owner come back there please tell us if you managed to find it and finish the quest. Then someone can lock it.
