why wont my azumarill eat my sitrus berry?

it has 31 iv in hp and ive looked everywhere on internet for its hp ev but nothing works? is it just not coded to work in this game atm?

It has nothing to do with neither the IVs or EVs of any pokémon ever, and yes it is coded correctly

It's not coded right. After a belly drum on an Azumarill that has the right IVs and EVs the sitrus should work. But in PRO it doesn't. IVs and EVs has everything to do with it.

It's coded correctly. Just not the generation you would want. It only activates when below 50% HP since Gen IV, which conveniently match the loss of HP of Belly Drum indeed.

Gen 3 = ⅓ = 33% HP left, so no, it can't activate after Belly Drum

 

However, OP never told anything about Belly Drum

"When its HP is below 1/2" That is why IVs and EVs are so important. Belly drum will take you below 50% then allowing you to eat the berry.

That's why most pvpers prefer lum, shell bell, etc. The sitrus berry isn't functioning correctly.
