well, i'm pretty much new in pvp matches, and im having bad experiences in them

first i must say that i've lost like 5 of 7 matches that i've played (and thats alright, im new, just got my lvl 100 team, blabla); the problem comes the other two games, when im winning the match and the rival cant "come back", they just go afk (obviously on purpose) and the game ends with the client being closed, and me penalized without being able to play in the next 45 minutes (I think)

 

What should I do ?, when me already lose, i finish the match despite being defeated (I guess thats the way should be)

If you read the PvP rules you'll see that stalling is a punishable offence.

200311 7. Time stalling is forbidden. (Time stalling =/= stalling, using repetitive moves is allowed)

If you record your PvP matches then you can report the player in the Report Center.

 

Also, I assume by "client being closed" you mean being AFK kicked? To prevent this you can just type in chat or open/ close your Pokedex to reset the AFK timer.
