So a couple hours ago i was playing PRO. Everything was fine until suddenly PRO disconnected. Then I relog in to my account. But after that I could not find my 3 pokemon, which are Nidoqueen (40) , Growlithe (21) , and Ninetales(20).

 

Also i already checked the PC in Pokemon Center, and still couldnt find them..

 

Please help me..

We broadcasted a system message saying that the server will reboot in 10 minutes for an update, plus warned about closing your clients prior due to a possible rollback because of this. Nor will we be held responsible if there is any.

It is impossible to refund the lost pokemon or item due to a rollback, thats a fact that has been told for a while. However, we announce scheduled reboots to prevent any possible rollback. In which, the fault is yours for not paying attention to it.
