You have to wait for a server reboot

 

You can use the search bar (keywords "[glow=red]user already logged in[/glow]") if you want the full details, you'll find approximatively 420 threads about this issue

Hey Shabrina, Christmas Cracker was a item that was sold in the last year Christmas Event, and will be aswell this year, that item would give you 1 random Party Hat.

I wish you best of luck and I am sorry for the inconvineance of having to wait until the next reboot. You can still play in the other servers in the meanwhile.
