A screenshot of your issue would be useful, however, from what you describe, it could be an issue with the extraction of your client. Uninstall the game completely and re-install it. This time you should use an unzipping program like 7-Zip or WinRAR as these rarely cause this issue. If that doesn't work then make sure that your graphic card is up to date.

According to this similar thread, closing your client and launching again may solve this issue; if not, restarting your computer does.

Have you tried the fixes that I suggested? I've seen people with this issue on countless occasions and reinstalling it with a different unzipping program has fixed it 100% of the time.

In addition to jollys solution: Update your graphic driver.
