Eskro Posted December 6, 2016 Share Posted December 6, 2016 If you think you don't have it because you can't get past dragonite, make sure you collect your pokedex rewards from the other guy on the same floor in that building in blackthorn. If the server rolled back or your data wasn't saved correctly then there isn't much that staff can do without proof of the transaction between you and the NPC. Double check with the other NPC and see if they act as if you do have the card. If not then you might just have to spend another 200k. Maybe you can record the purchase and present it in the NPC & Scripting Bugs forum if it occurs again.
