Hello. My problem was that when I battle moltress the server freeze up and kick me out. And moltres wasn't register in the pokedex. Please help.

Hello Eohan, and like Mushrambo said, if you talk to the computer in Professor Oak Lab the lost data from legendaries will be recovered.
