Dear admins/moderators,

 

During the lag spikes on 10th december 2016 9:00 poketime my pokemon i just caught: hippopotas. was rewinded.

It seems that this is a quite rare pokemon and i would like to know if you can still manage to send me one or something.

athey cant do anything, ifyou get a pokemon pls relog to save it

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=88&t=7881#p48834. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

The server is having a problem and they are trying to solve it so please be patient as best as you can. We dont want it and neither they are. If you catch a rare or uncommon pokemons, try to relog. Hope they are proving the events , the 2nd chapter of X-mas event :Angel:

Administrators bad,, exchange should also make bans insulting my friends due to poor English language, and the administrator who did this have lost the right to put restrictions on, because my friend is not for nothing was angry he lost sisters Christmas gift because the game crash and disconnecting often asked for help and for having received only replicas due to poor English language or can act as the administration?

You can check the reason why this is happening in this announcement.

Please accept our apologies, as the forums and servers are experiencing a great amount of instability currently due to a DDOS attack. Please be patient, and do not post any additional subjects about the topic or spam in-game about this, as this implicates the issue by creating stress on the servers.

 

We are working to find the source of the issue, and to correct the issue.
