Jumpscarekitty Posted December 10, 2016 Share Posted December 10, 2016 As the server (blue) went down i battled with the rocket grunt in mt silver and won and i guess cause of the roll back he wont let me pass cause he counts that as a loss. Even so, if the case was that you had to wait 1 week or longer, staff wouldn't be able to reduce any time for cooldowns. You were warned about the server instability here so I suggest waiting a while before continuing anything important. Assuming that their cooldown is only 2 hours, then you should be good to go. =) Feel free to PM me if you want. Sorry about the reset happening while fighting a boss, it's unfortunate that a rollback had to happen right then :/ However, as mentioned here by Daeon, the servers are experiencing issues, and they will be corrected. For future reference, here is a thread that you can check for any problems that you may have before posting in General Support. The cooldown for that trainer is 2 hours, as previously mentioned by JollyOlNathan, so by now the cooldown should be over, and you can challenge the rocket grunt again.
