I know the servers are being ddos'd, due to this its caused me to waste exp boost i bought coins last week and bought 2 exp shares and used one the other day and due to the attacks i've barely been able to use it. I was just wondering is there any way i could get another one because of this or something..

Well someone doesn't like this game at all and wants people to quit it. That's sad but u have to wait and support the server not flame! That's the ddoser purpose to make people mad and rage quit this game. We can't do anything atm just be patient.

You sound extremely entitled right now. Obviously PRO does not WANT TO BE DDOS'ed. They are not doing this so that you can keep losing progress. They are obviously doing everything in their power to get it resolved. The quality of the servers (which is great, by the way, server stability is at an all time high) has nothing to do with an external attack on the security.

 

So please, stop embarrassing yourself.

Hello Rexbsw3217, I am sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced, unfortunatly I can't assure you any sort of compensation for the ongoing issues that happened the last few days. If there will be any sort of action from the staffs towards the community it will be posted in the Announcements subforum. If you free to do so, feel free to read the explanation of Roleback to understand what happened.

 

To prevent it you can Log Out after each catch or important battle since it will force the save into the database. Would also recomend to don't do Bosses since server crashs are unpredictable and it will make the boss going into cooldown.

 

Once again I am deeply sorry that this is happening. I am going to lock the thread due to certain coments.
