Where is the best place to level up them and other pokes? I'm stuck and that game is very different of the original ones.

Really.. you are suppose to lose to red but you can beat him :3. The best place to train up you pokes would be victory road. Good luck :D

Once you lost to Red, you can't challenge him again, so you have access to Victory Road now

 

But Seafoam Island B4F is a decent spot to xp too ^^
