Hello alvinWXsoh, this is a pretty common issue but can only be resolved by a server restart. To further prevent this issue from happening again use "Settings»Log Out" instead of force closing the client. If you have any further issues or concerns try to check out this thread here for any possible solutions for issues you might encounter or post back here!
