Hello pentagon1802, I am sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced, unfortunatly the server reboot isn't planeed, normally a server is rebooted every 2-3 days. To prevent this issue to happen again use "Settings»Log Out" since it will save your account data and kick your account out of the server and therefor preventing this issue to happen.
