You will unfortunately have to wait till your hours go to the required amount, from the 2 hours you currently have.

 

Apologies for the inconvenience. This issue had been identified and resolved quite a while ago, and the remedy was applicable as from the time of the fix, and after the player talks to Prof Birch to start recording the Hoenn hours. There is unfortunately no way around it.
