Staff won't fully reset any account except when ban permanently :p

You can verify in the "Read this before making general topic" thread pinned in the subforum

In order to change your apparence, you have 3 options:

• - Changing server, as they are all independent you'll start a new journey
  - Create a new account if you want to stay on yellow, you can have 2 per mail address and up to 4 per person
  - Buy a magic mirror if you want to stay on yellow and keep your exact current name, but to use it I think that you also need to be MS (not a 100% sure of that)

 

 

EDIT: Also, imperative mood is for orders. When asking for a favor, politeness is required, in forms of greetings and other "please". :)

Reset account

We will not. You are entitled to create another account as the rules state you can have only 2 per e-mail address (You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person) or play in other servers as per server have different save. Staff will not disable, delete, or reset your account without specific reason.

So the only ways to have a diferent avatar ingame is by:

- Changing server, as they are all independent you'll start a new journey
