I tried the xmas quest for mount.

I already put 4 gifts for 4 trees but I did not wear the santa's hat with beard.

Santa ask me to to put the gifts again but I lost the hat and beard.

How can I do? and I can not fight the boss as well.

Hello and sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced, make sure to follow this guide. If you already gave the presents, go to the boss and try to battle him, it might work already be waiting but NPC gave you the wrong message.
