Does your phone meet the following specs:

 

Android:

Operating System: Android 4.1 or later.

CPU: 1Ghz+ Dual Core or better recommended.

Ram: 1GB+ recommended.

Graphics Support: OpenGL ES 2.0 or later.

I may be wrong, but I think your tablet does not meet the requirements for:

 

Graphics Support: OpenGL ES 2.0 or later.
