I'm at route 9 and it says I should surf north problem is its blocked off by 2 boulders. Is it a premium only thing or havent I finished some quest?

Hey bud, the Power Plant is south of the Rock Tunnel Pokecenter on route 9, it's arranged a bit weird on the in-game map. By the Pokecenter (a lil north of it to be exact) there is a spot to surf to the right a tad bit (like 1-3 tiles) , and then down a whole bunch.

It's not premium only, and the boulders are just decorations. Hope it helps :)

Hey Norways! It looks like you might of been headed in the wrong direction.
