Hi its me again back with this same problem that i just cant seem to fix. when i attempt to open the client a black screen pops up normal but it normally loads up and then the login screen comes up for some strange reason i dont see that happen at all but the background music which plays while on the login screen still plays at some point. i have tried uninstalling and re installing installing but that doesnt work tried running as admin that failed as well. What else is there to try ?

Hello AshXMisty, I am sorry for the inconvenience that you have experience, in order to solve try to update your drivers and DirectX. Also try to do the steps listed in this thread:

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

 

Others solution:

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

Also when you are downloading the new client make sure to delete all the previous clients from your device (including from the TrashBin).
