Boxes is the main problem, i want to say that, it would be very prudent to boxes on pc if we can separate them with names. e.g: We can have two Pokémon to box 40(with name "Shinies") and 5 to 10(with name "SPD EV TRAINED"). In-addition, they should also remove the auto-compress thingy to avoid a poke being mixed up with other boxes when another poke is removed before it. For us, the biggest advantage of this will be being organized, which *coughs* having 500+ pokemon in your PC does not help you be organized (rip me :confused:). So...
