Despite having re-taught my Lickitung move [ Rollout ] many times, I still can't evol him to Lickilicky. It is said in Pokemondb.net and many Pokedex-pages other that Lickitung will evol if he learns move [ Rollout ] . . .

Moreover, after learning [ Rollout ] , I have tried using [ Rare Candy ] on my Lickitung but he still can't evol . . .

My ingame name is : Elzaria - from BLUE

Hey friend :) Try going into a wild battle and defeating a wild pokemon :) Usually this lil trick works for me. Hope it helps buddy!~
